The foliage problem comes in wind or changing conditions... grounds that become wet or have dried can mean stuff springs up in front of targets... wind obviously blows stuff across. Unfortunately it often is only a problem to a shooter, a ft left or right or up from that gate and it's ok.
Thanks Rob. As for foliage - the one target that still comes to mind is the kangaroo (high up a tree A) at the Wendover GP. I managed to hit it but only by waiting until I could see it rather than not see it when the branches from the neighbouring tree B were obscuring it. What a day that was :-)
