I do, seeing as we're discussing shooters calling targets when they've split them and considering the Chilli checker is named after you. Add to that your history of calling X amount of targets whilst generally spotting a dicky one and its very valid. Can I assume the target passed the check?

When someone experienced is failing to spot a faulty target it shows how small the chance of a target actually being faulty is, which shows to the people who do try their luck that it's a pointless exercise and they should accept the fact they missed.
