Eh? Why don't you have a AA? I assume those grades differ from those in BFTA though?

We give bonus to team members, so that lower grades can count in the team for their club in the winter league, this works well... C+3, B+2, A+1, AA naff all. Oh and you get an extra point for top score.

But grades are there to help reward shooters who perform consistently at a different performance point to another shooter, to give them something to work towards/with. Im not sure how a bonus and a grade works, cos a grade is an artificial bonus scheme already, and that has problems in itself (lets not go there...yet )

Still, if it gets new or fresh shooters into the game and off the plinking range, especially rubbing shoulders with Neil et al, it's all good (as long as he has his restraining bolt in that is).
