Follow that dead Badger
4am start again but superb day out down South again.
Not sure TonyF has the best idea in laying out dead badgers for visiting shooters to find swefta clubs as my high end Sad nav got a little confused.
So, firstly, big Thank you to Thunderbird 24 piloted by "Woody" for coming to find and rescue us.
Also good cakes Company as ever.
Smashing place Mendips, all you could want there from a shooting point. Superb facilities, nice and dry, and take note, despite the shooting line being on a steep slope the shooting positions have all been flatended out so it was shooting competion not a balancing one!
Another top course, straight shooting line, straight and straight down. Great use of "Angles" (Berty you missed out) and some tricky shots due to the wind. Really enjoyed the course, though lost my way after first 20. Mission accomplished in what was set out to be achieved.
Looking forward to next trip down to Swefta, not sure if that will be april 10 at Dartmoor, probably May 22 at S.Dorset.
Miss H, top shooting again. Mr. F, obviously the wind dropped late on!
Thanks to all that ran the show today, much appreciated.
