Maybe you do not understand IT IS in the rules that the kill and the faceplate are contrasting it is not a test of equiptment my scope is well capable of showing me a frayed end on the string at 55 yards but if the target is totally shot TO F**K at 25yards and you can not make the kill out it is not a legal target AS PER THE RULES not some B*********S that i have made up.
A good point well made Steve, in the end is it a test of shooting skill or is it a test of who can buy certain kit? Plus the rules are the rules, maybe too we need to be a bit less accepting of targets in this state, instead calling a marshall and getting the target repainted if the kill is indistinguishable?
As for new 15mm kill targets up to 25 yard ruling, personally I'm happy with it.
