thing is, everyone knows the problems, but there aren't any solutions... except remove chrono, which the majority think is worth keeping.

what is needed, is a chrono that is accurate to within +/- 0.1%, under wet, dry, +30 degrees to 0 degrees, transported in a constant enviroment, guaranteed to be working on every shot, with every rifle and certifiable.

is there one?
