One thing puzzles me with the EV2.
Air Arms said they didn't want to make a Pro-Target MK4, which if handled correctly could have been superb, but the EV2 is already at a Mk4 stage - incredible.
I picked up an early EV2 cheap the other day. First thing I did was bin the whole muzzle brake and barrel collar assembly then drill and tap the breech block to fit two extra barrel retaining screws as the factory barrel retaining method is dire. With the extra screws having the barrel free floated is more secure and performs well on the range with no POI shift.
Next part of the project is to bin the butt plate assembly in favour of an adjustable rubber pad as I just can't get on with the factory item.
