The problem is that alot of people have alot of ideas about changes etc to the courses but when it comes to the meetings for the BFTA no one comes forward and speaks at the meetings. I have spoken to people in local shoots or when we travel and thought it would be good to put the ideas forward.

We have alot of big strong personalities in the sport it is about time they jumped on and helped develop the sport further. Just I like to see the points people mention going forward...
