Hello from Canada...
A fellow Canadian FT shooter pointed me to this site, and so far I'm really enjoying it.
I have only been shooting for 3 years, by really like it, both Piston and PCP. I only shoot sub 12fpe now.
Canada has a very small FT community; less than 50 in a population of 34 Million.
I *think* this is because of our silly shooting laws; anything over 500fps needs to be registered, regardless of energy (so a Crosman Trapmaster that can push a 120gn slug at 450fps is okay, but a 550fps 8gn pellet rifle isn't!)
While it's not too tough to get a FAC license, most who do go straight to powder burners.
BUT we're a dedicated bunch; a handful of us goto the US Nats each year and I think next year you'll see more than one of us at the WFTF Championships in Italy.
