Presuming that both winds are a similar velocity.
I would probably go straight at it.
Keeping in mind the old Field Target adage "When in doubt, give it nought".
It's often surprising how that strategy will produce the correct result.

But on reflection, of the angles of the wind to the POF (path of flight) in the illustration.
I would aim just outside the right edge of the kill
There is nothing impossible to those who will try!
