Yip, we all got that same "GENERIC" BS reply.
Worst is, I have sent S&B's management in Germany more than 15 e-mails in the past 4 months, and have not gotten a SINGLE reply.
These e-mails were sent to Dr Christoph vom Hagen, Dr Helke Hesse, Ralph Hilgers and Udo Brück...to name a few.
They just DO NOT CARE about their customers enough to even reply to a simple e-mail.... I own 3 S&B FT scopes, 3 more PMII's and half a dozen Zenith hunting scopes. In future, I will rather spend my money with another brand - someone who at least acknowledges their customers...
Makes you think how NOT to treat your customers.
