SWEFTA chose the same percentage break points as BFTA when we had to introduce our own grading about ten years ago. That has led to something like a third or more of shooters at typical league events being AA grade.

In 2009 we had 124 AA scores put in, 68 A scores, 37 B scores, and 23 C scores. That partly reflects the case that by and large AA shots take part at all or most events, but it does suggest (to me anyway) that the grade sizes are uneven.
