No AT fitted - none was ever designed for a ProTarget.
I challenge you to find a better service at a better price. I reckon your individual engineer would have to charge more than £42 to make it worth his while.
Plus there is the small matter of any special tools needed to unscrew the reg which they have at Air Arms but someone else may have to spend time making or bodging - and time is money of course.
In addition, if the man at Air Arms manages to break something then all the spares for the gun are there on the shelf.
