May seem daft but I practise indoors using a mirror and a piece of paper with a circle on it.
I have a mirror 1 end of the hallway and then have the paper the other end. By standing to the side of the paper and using the mirror to double the distance. Just try and keep ghe crosshair inside the circle. May only be about 15yds in total but gives me the chance to practise the hold and breathing techniques.
For me it works as in a GP I take 10 shots standing ( can not kneel due to bad knee joint)
