Think it works well.
I think we need to tighten up on session swapping and overload just because it's not always possible to accommodate changes, and then when we get people drop out there's a quizzicle ? as to why those changes could be accommodated. Weather does seem to play a part in that... having been at the helm on a few GP's now the one thing you can show is that a wet weather GP will mean cancellations.
Pre-payment will probably be on the cards as an experiment for next year.
When I get all the contact email addresses for November then the booking open times can be setup at the meeting so people can set a reminder of when to look at booking in.
I'm going to mandate it. Unless I have an email for booking in at the november meeting, the BFTA won't list your GP.
Could the sec/chair send that out when they send out the other GM stuff?
