Usually pasta and meat or fish for me, but it has recently been proven that bacon and eggs last longer and is actually better than cereal breakfasts that are all processed grain, with which you start to feel hungrier sooner.
I usually see a jump up or diagonally with my pulse. Sometimes changing hold position with the front hand helps.
