I spent years keeping slim for the Tae-Kwon-Do, Running every day watching what I ate.
I am now nearly 40 and even though I could do with loosing a few pounds I really can't be arsed. My view is, if the weight stops you doing what you love, then loose it.
If you can carry on shooting and running and jumping about and still be fat and have a burger then why change.
