the best addvise i would give you is to put the scope on the magnification you prefare to shoot the target on and look at a freshly painted target(white is good) and bracket a 40 mm kill to work out the distances your hash lines present them selves outside the kill. i have found that my scope on 35 mg the first hash line either side of the centre dot just fits in the 40 mm kill so disregarding the seccond mini hash line every one is roughly taking the centre point 20 mill further out. hope this helps Andy
