Sadly Daystate do seem to take a bit of a sceptical view when customers have problems, this is not the first posting of this type highlighting a lack of support from daystate, it certainly puts you off buying their stuff when there are other manufacturers who take the opposite approach.
Well done in sorting out daystates lack of engineering knowledge and application.
