I'm trying to get the best out of it, had it tuned and a new regulator put in - its very consistant on power, and grouping easy 5ps at 35yds ( when I get my technique right! ). I'm happy that it is accurate and consistant enough.

BUT the trigger is the sticking point. I've shortened the second stage ( no notchyness and the release is crisp ) and have it as light as I can.

I have opened it up and the trigger is very simple.

I need either a shorter or weaker spring, or to compress / shorten the spring I have ( I guess only 2-3mm?)

Any help for this newbie would be appreciated.

I don't want to give up on the Gun yet!!

Why not buy a spare standard one for the R10 and then have a go at trimming it, cost would be low, low risk and a full coil/turn out of the standard spring will make it both shorter and weaker by the amount you require I believe.
Kind Regards
