Default Removing A frame

I think you will find there are three grub screws securing the A frame. one each side and one underneath.
Remove them and the frame will slide off with a bit of a jiggle.
No easy option for emptying the air. The factory use a female connector with a screw that depresses the filler valve, but unless you are going to empty it regularly, not worth trying to make one up.
