Hilver used to make them specifically to fit HW's, all steel with recoil arresters. Excellent bits of kit, I use these when fixed mounts don't give a good set up.
You occasionally see them crop up in sale threads, or shop bargain buckets if they don't realise what they have.
Failing that, as well as the normal adjustables, sportsmatch do (or did) a droop compensator mount, one piece with angle built in.
