Chairgun is accurate as long as the input data is correct.

At 10M (11 yards) a mildot is 10mm so 1/3 mildot is 3.3mm, 1/4 is 2.5mm.

Personally that isn't something that would concern me unless shooting BR, and unless I'm very mistaken they do that on the horizontal.

If you really must, just aim a gnat's nadger lower.
