As Simon pointed out its not an overnight thing and will never be as solid as HFT. One thing to try is address the target and then close both eyes and relax for 5 seconds, when you open your eyes see where the target has gone. If the reticle is still on the plate then happy days if not adjust your angle to the target.
If you are forcing the position then that will give you a lot of wobble and cause you to yank off target on release. You need to be sat as natural as possible with the reticle on the target.
