The 32mm NXS is a lot harder to re-parallax than the 24 version in my experience. They needed heat and force. The two 24s I've tried could be undone nearly by hand. Simon made a tool that goes into the end slots of the lens group once you have the end cap off, and this allows adjustment when the scope is clamped on the rifle.
It depends also on how well NF have thread-locked the endcap, it may be the newer ones are stronger (or even maybe less strong).
The first one (32mm) I had needed a nylon collar, 15 mins of hot hairdrier and a heave in a lathe chuck, heart in mouth
The big downside is you cant easily play with the parallax once set.
