I think that really helps to bring new shooters in and helps to keep them coming back for more time after time. By the time they realise they've been conned, it's too late, they're already bitten by the bug and there's no hope for them anymore
Maybe theirs a case for changing the scoring system for FT C grade shooters (New shooters) to the same as HFT? purely to encourage and retain new blood?
I fully understand why new "ungraded" shooters have to start in grade A but i wonder if this has the opposite effect to the above when it comes to new shooter retention?
