Unless Wales deem the shoot an open entry...

The likelihood is:

England shooters will be required to pay a non refundable deposit and state their intention to shoot the event before the qualifying BFTA European Championships 2016. Their attendance of the BFTA European Championships 2016 will not be mandatory, but will provide the rankings should places be limited. Those who do not attend will be placed in a lottery for any remaining places.

Those not supplying deposit and/or stating intent before 2016 will be placed in a lottery after those that have and any remaining places are issued by the hosts.

The deposit will only be refundable in the event a place is not awarded due to limited places. No other reason for return of deposit will be accepted.
