Rob, introducing cant to try and cancel out the scope offset is not the way to go about this. I don't know how you should do it but getting the scope in the correct position above the bore with the ret square to the correct vertical has got to be the best way forward to making it all straight. I once had some Millets Angle loc mounts that had windage adjustment, slacken a screw one side and tighten the other, the scope could be moved sideways with these mounts. They were very good mounts that held zero well, on a pcp at least!
