For what it's worth as an FT shooter I shot a dedicated HFT course the other day and really enjoyed it. Ok the range finding wasn't an issue with my fancy Dan scope but the target positioning was really intersting and required some thought. I also cheated as I used FT sitting positions instead of that prone business which helped. I agree that there is a place for both sports and it's just great to see the popularity of out door air gun target shooting.
I would like to see a mixed discipline event in the future where perhaps we shoot FT day one and then HFT day two that would be great fun.
