Tumbleweed sounds good again ...

I suppose if there were no limits on the bag then people would use an enormous patio/decking style doss bag. They could then still sit an inch from the ground but have a massive back rest to lean back against ... or they could make it into a doughnut shape and sit in the middle, supported from all sides.

Looking at photos it's interesting to look at different shapes/sizes of shooters and how they sit. The more normal/taller and slender chaps, can sit a bit more upright as their knee height to floor is higher. The smaller chaps have adapted their own stances. That usually means leaning back a lot more or using very high scope mounts and cheekpiece.
