If you're going to play that game then you also need to discount your 48/50's as well in my book.
There should be a proviso that if you start a graded shoot and you don't hand in a card and you don't have terminal equipment failure, then you should receive the equal of the lowest score of the day in your grade at the very least and preferably a big, fat zero.

Harsh I know, but the way that some people play the grades is wrong, we all know they do it, it's what you do to stop it that counts.
Ah, an easy entry into a lower grade, very sporting!
