I'll add to the Chorus of Approval. Great venue and a terrific course, but I know if we go there again and its muddy someone's going to have to give me a push / pull.
But what a tricky course! Shooting in a bowl surrounded by trees with the wind unable to decide neither where it was coming from nor where it fancied going to next really sorted out the woman from the boys. And what a shoot off!! Theresa showed us all how it should be done and I've no doubt there's an awful lot of shooters went away saying "must practice my positionals more ..."
I've said before that we need to make more of "the public" aware of our sport in a positive way, and how it is hugely different from what the typical reactionary publicity would have people believe about airgunning in genera; the positive outcome from having spectators has been underlined above.
A hugely enjoyable shoot. Just wish I hadn't sat down on a thistle to watch the shoot off.
