I've got two (7ltr and a 4ltr stumpy). They are the cylinders I recommend if ever asked, the flow restrictor is extremely useful IMO removing the risk of flash-filling your pcp.

I buy mine from Go-Dive, their delivered prices are usually the best. The supplied filling hose is 20" which is long enough for most, although I've also got one of Best-Fittings Ultima fill lines which are very nice quality.

The guages used on my most recent Go-Dive cylinder have a relatively small scale, but it's enough to allow accurate filling.

If you want to treat yourself then the B-Fittings Push Button Bleed valve is a nice little gizmo on a winter's day when your hands are freezing and only 15. HTH
