I use an Airwolf for HFT and a Hammerli AR20 for FT and bench rest. Those sports have no limits on trigger weight and I've set both of them quite light. The Airwolf trigger shows its best when set light; if you increase the first stage weight you ruin the feel in my opinion.
The AR20 second stage is set by the factory and the user guide says don't meddle with it. It's good advice as it is a cow to get back if you mess with it.
Hello bud, I am curious to no what you mean about being able to set the first and second stage trigger weight separately on the air arms s4** trigger?
I find I have to have the first stage very light to have the second stage weight where I want it, or am I doing something wrong?
