I see what you are getting at, in the situation you are talking about, a tx will break the cocking shoe, once the piston is moving the comp tube pushes the trans port hard up against the barrel, so no movement, To test I build without spring and breech seal, to make sure everything is up against the barrel once cocked, and there is some play in the cocking likkeage.
