If they were all on FAC it wouldn't matter, as I dont think thats what he meant..he is saying that if air rifles have
to be on FAC then it will encourage more rimfires and centrefires. I agree as I would be straight in for a .177HMR or .22 LR for rabbiting and targets.
It could increase firearms numbers even if it slightly decreases air rifles. Plus more work for the Police. Why do we give MP's the say in stuff they dont understand. I've seen the same thing when dealing with MP's and ministers regarding education and training, although a few MP's were clued up whilst others pushed the vote winners and their supposed idealistic views.
