I can only comment on the Hawke Panorama and I have had three, and have kept one, a 4x12x40 half mildot AO model which is pretty good for the money. Make sure you buy the 40mm front end and AO model if you get one. I've not looked through a NS Panamax.
You dont need the 50mm front as the 40mm is very bright and the 50mm will limit your choice of mounts and increase your scope height.
Not the best scope in the world but one of the best for the money. A Bushnell Trophy or second hand Bushnell Legend will have better optics though for not much more and are better made.

MTC Mamba Lite or 3x9x40 are alternatives as well. You really need to look through them though before buying.
