Don't matter who you are the scope can't make you a better shot.
Can only make you more reliable at obtaining the actual correct yardage of the target from where you are positioned.
Does your C grader have a problem obtaining this info with his current scope?
If so then the Khales scope may help. Certainly won't tell him were to aim?

All the scopes do their job , it would be more noticeable if Martin starts getting Pb's rather than a AA shooter hitting 45 with the rest of the pack.
The only reason I can see to want one of these would be if I wanted a wheel on the top, I could probably twist my mk1 nikko to achieve that. What your saying is even if one of these is used by a comp winner it is because he's good at wind estimation.
