Interesting data - from the table driving the graph it looks like running your gun at around 780fps is the most ballistically efficient velocity.

If you look at the graph it predicts that running a bit slower than that (750/760) is even more efficient.

I haven't run any numbers through a ballistics calculator yet, but it does seem possible that when people believe that running their guns close to the limit is going to give them a slight advantage in the wind and trajectory stakes, they could very well be wrong about that.

Running at 11fpe might end up being better in the wind and flatter shooting than something running at 11.7fpe.
