I'm a big believer in finding solutions to ACTUAL problems, and not looking for solutions to stuff that's not a problem.
Identify an ACTUAL problem, and then come up with an elegant solution for that problem. Note that an elegant solution shouldn't always involve someone spending hours and hours of their time sat inputting values into a spreadsheet. Unless of course it's YOU volunteering to spend hours and hours in Excel, in which case, knock yourself out.
Saying that something isn't accurate, may or may not be true, but if it doesn't cause a problem then erm... who gives a toss? And do you give enough of a toss to actually do something about it?
