It doesn't take anything away from Ian, far from it, I just don't get why you'd do it that way in a sport about accuracy.
For example, reverse engineer this rolling 20 and tell me how many targets I hit:
Now look at this chart, this show the difference between shooting against just the course and against the course and top shooter. Look at the advantage, almost 5%, enough to put you up
And all that is before using Mean as an Average. My view isn't really a popular one tho
