Default Strongest wind @ Tondu - ever ??

Pity the gusts made it a bit trickier than I had hoped for today. Wind speed was probably double yesterday and it certainly seems to have knocked some scores.
The four shooters doing their first ft event certainly picked the wrong day, I promise its usually much easier than today!

Still, for me the important thing today was how this almost all virgin course shot in terms of angles, direction change and generally making you think.
I think despite the wind, it still ranks as one of our best courses.
May well run it again at next years John Thomas memorial, which will be moving back to September. That's if its not a Bfta shoot prior to that date?

Hope the Wafta shooter liked the names out of the hat and allocated start lane idea, thanks to my shooting partner BDL, good shooting today it has to be said.

One of the best "wind" shooters out there and today it showed. Our grades from today took a battering, if arms dealer had not dropped his last 3 targets including going a turn out on the 15mm lane, then my card would have blown away for one lol
