Leupold customer service has been second to none.
I'm amazed at that; a few years ago I tried to order a competition scope from them with a custom reticle from their Custom Shop service and got nothing but grief.
The best one I had was sending a waterlogged Mk.4 Premier boosted back to them for repair/service and they sent it back minus the Premier booster and with a standard reticle. When I took them to task about it they threatened to sue me, quite what for I never found out.
