You can't, it's fraud. If the item is being repaired under warranty free of charge then there is no cost if you have all the paper work but you will have to pay VAT on the cost of the change/repair if it's not under warranty.

All of this will be declared on the five pieces of paperwork that will get sent out with your item when shipped, there's no way to avoid it.
