Make sure you've got the latest version and it'll be in the export settings like in the pic above.
Email any suggestions to the lads who make it and they'll look into incorporating it in the next update.

I've just been in touch with them as my software isn't working despite the cable and chrono being fine (works on another phone)...everything boots up as normal and the phone powers the chrono ok but no reading shown on the phone (Galaxy s3)
