Pellets that wobble present a greater side area to catch the wind, and the BC is affected as well, so it's in the air for slightly longer. A barrel with an accurate crown and stripper will take less wind. I once shot a group in a cross wind at 55 yards, rested, with my S400. One sighter, 25 mm to the the right, then five shots, 8 mm C to C at the POI. A good barrel and a bit of luck..!
