But hasn't that always been the nub of the problem ?...........trying to convince someone at the airport that no certificates or documents are required or are available because it isn't a firearm in the eyes of the law. The wording of the email serves only to further convince someone at the airport that a certificate is required, surely. Or am I misreading it?
