Nothing new in my humble opinion. Only air rifles are specifically mentioned on the company rules.
The problem persist : you must own the documents as folows:
a) documentation and licences;
b) export/import licences; and
c) authorisation from local and national authorities.
And this is the true problem for you ( British shooters). You don't need to have any one of related documents to use your air guns (< 12ft/lb) in your country. ( Home Office Firearms law,2002) . See 2.26 article.
But if you are traveling abroad , you'll need all of them!.
The best and radical solution should be to obtain the European Firearms Pass , but the problem is the concept " Firearms".
Easy Jet ask for logical documents , but your law doesn't require any one of them. Difficult issue to solve quickly.
