I have suggested this before but on the basis that AAs achieve that grade because they "know the wind better" then increase the number of targets by having AA-only targets with significantly smaller KZs. This could be just a 3rd target in the lane, placed adjacent to the normal target (if available then 4 targets per lane).

Any other grade can take a shot at it but AAs must shoot at the 3rd which could be a different colour or clearly labelled but obvious in that there is a 25mm at 54yds or 10mm at 20yds.

Whether you do that for WFTF is their business but for UK shoots we could raise the bar for AAs but still encourage the other grades rather than discourage.

Otherwise pay up for electronic targets and score the rings.
