Default Lanes Regs

I fitted a Rob Lane reg into my MPR last year and I was pretty happy with the results. Shot to shot consistency was very good but I was a little dissappointed in the shot count. 80-85 very consistent shots from a 200 bar fill was OK but a little down on what I had hoped for. I resisted the urge to fill at a higher pressure

However his latest much more compact reg is superb

I have just fitted one into my wife's AA400 and from a 180Bar fill (the max in my bottle at present) the rifle gave 96 shots all within +/- 4 ft/sec.@ 775ft/sec and was still shooting well. Accuracy is excellent. All this for 80.

The reg pressure is already set (in this case 95Bar) and he provides a new much stiffer exhaust v/v spring. It was necessary to open up the exhaust port slightly to 3mm but 1 fitting was all that was needed for the rifle to be shooting very well indeed
The job took 2- 3 hours. The instructions are excellent and I kept the standard hammer weight (45gms) and shortenend the hammer spring by 1 coil to get the power down.

All in all great value.
